Programs and Training Options

    • In-Person: Best for people who want extra support and hands-on coaching. Training at our Fenwick gym includes real-time feedback, personalized guidance, and accountability from our Forge Fitness coaches.

    • Online: Ideal if you prefer flexibility or already have gym access. Online coaching provides custom programs, video demos, progress tracking, and accountability through Trainerize. It puts more responsibility in your hands but takes away the stress of figuring out what to do on your own.

    • Hybrid: A mix of both in-person and online. This is highly recommended for beginners who want the security of in-person sessions plus the convenience of online guidance. Experienced members also love hybrid because it offers professional programming with flexibility.

  • Coach availability runs from 5:00 AM–8:00 PM for in-person sessions at our Fenwick gym. Online coaching and messaging are available 24/7, so you can train on your schedule with support from a Forge Fitness coach.

  • Yes. Forge Fitness offers a 4-week Meal Plan Add-On that supports strength, recovery, and fat loss. The plan is available to all members—Premium Members receive it at a discounted rate, while it’s also available at the regular price as a stand-alone option. This add-on is a great way to complement your Forge Fitness membership and accelerate your results.

  • We use Trainerize for all online coaching. You’ll receive your login after signup to access programs, video tutorials, progress tracking, and messaging.

Pricing and Policies

  • Yes. Every new member receives a free 30-minute consultation where we assess your goals and create your Forge Fitness membership plan.

  • Forge Fitness cost is transparent and fair. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for 1:1 sessions. Missed sessions without notice are charged to protect coach time.

  • Yes. Short-term pauses are available for travel, illness, or injury. Simply reach out to our team and we’ll make the adjustment.

  • Yes. Forge Fitness offers digital gift cards, delivered by email, so you can share the gift of health with family and friends.
